Description
A sweet old piece from the late 50s / early 60s. I was floored to see that it was built by General Dynamics!
Yankee designed and made of course. Puts out about 25 clean watts per channel. I cleaned all the pots and switches, replaced 4 preamp tubes and a couple caps in the output stage.
It has a smooth, sweet sound to it, dead silent for background noise.
1 minor issue, this unit uses dual volume controls before the final gain control. They need to be left at their normal position of max as the carbon trace has worn on one of them. This is how you would use it anyway.
